Booking and Payment
- All tour bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the start of the tour.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date: full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 30-60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: no refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Tour Changes and Cancellations by Day in Africa Safari
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers. In case of a tour cancellation by Day in Africa Safari, you will be offered:
- An alternative tour of similar or higher value
- A full refund of the amount paid
- A credit for future use
Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. Day in Africa Safari is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
Health and Safety
You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation in a tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a tour may pose a risk to your health or safety. You are responsible for obtaining any recommended vaccinations and medications for travel to Tanzania.
Limitation of Liability
Day in Africa Safari shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the services we provide. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour in question.
