After a brief orientation, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha where you can relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, your guide will provide a short briefing about the safari schedule starting the next day.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast and a quick briefing, you'll depart for Tarangire National Park—around 2–3 hours' drive from Arusha. Known for its dense wildlife population and giant baobab trees, Tarangire comes alive during the dry season (June–November) as animals gather at the river for fresh water. Expect to see elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, leopards, and over 550 bird species. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch and continue your game drive in the park.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara – Karatu
After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, just about an hour away. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, pink flamingos, and diverse landscapes ranging from the soda lake to evergreen forests. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch and continue with a game drive before heading to Karatu in the evening.

Day 4: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll set off for the legendary Serengeti—Tanzania's largest and most famous park. Renowned for the Great Migration and an abundance of wildlife, the park offers unforgettable game viewing. Spend the day exploring the vast savannah, with a stop for a picnic lunch. Expect to see the Big Five and more.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti
Today is a full day dedicated to exploring the endless plains of Serengeti. You'll visit hotspots like the Seronera Valley, known for year-round wildlife activity. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with a picnic lunch in between. This is your best chance to witness large predators and the rhythm of life in the wild.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu
After an early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater—an extinct volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater for an adventurous game drive where you may spot the Big Five, hyenas, and a variety of birds and landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before heading to Karatu for your overnight stay.

Day 7: Karatu – Arusha
After breakfast, begin your drive back to Arusha. En route, you'll stop at a traditional Maasai village for a cultural visit—exploring their lifestyle, traditions, and local markets where you can shop for souvenirs. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way. Arrive in Arusha by late afternoon and check in to your hotel for a relaxing final night.

Day 8: Departure from Arusha
Depending on your flight time, enjoy a final breakfast at the lodge before being transferred to the airport (JRO or ARK). If time permits, you may explore Arusha town or relax before your journey index.
